Red Song Chorus Competition
In order to carry forward the red genes and continue the revolutionary spirit, the revolutionary song competition for the eighth grade of our school was successfully held. The students looked back on the glorious years with their resounding voices, paying tribute to the revolutionary predecessors with their sincere emotions, strengthening their ideals and beliefs in the melody and gathering the power of youth in the chorus.
In the first place, as the opening class of the competition, Class 812, dressed in uniform, kicked off the event with a neat formation and resounding singing. The students' formation design of raising and spreading their arms incorporated their praise for the motherland into their body language, with the classic melody instantly igniting the atmosphere of the entire venue.
In the second place, on the stage, the students of Class 809 performed with perfectly synchronized and powerful movements, whose gestures of clenching fists and raising arms were in perfect harmony with the lyrics' imagery of 'winds howling and horses neighing', singing out the indomitable spirit of the Chinese nation in the face of adversity.
In the third place, the students of Class 803 used songs as a medium. Specifically, through their energetic performances, they combined the vibrant red melody with the youthful vitality, creating a unique spark. Moreover, they passed on the red faith through their songs from generation to generation.
In the fourth place, on the stage, the students of Class 808 wore navy-themed performance outfits, whose white uniforms were adorned with blue patterns, perfectly aligning with the theme of the song 'Night at the Naval Port', instantly transporting the audience into a serene naval port setting.
In the fifth place, Class 810 participated in the competition with the theme 'Strong Military, It's My Duty'. Through their dynamic stage presentation and powerful singing, they fully demonstrated the strong military aspirations of the new generation of teenagers.
In the fifth place, Class 811 participated in the competition with the song 'Strong Army March'. Dressed in camouflage uniforms, they presented their performance with powerful singing and a military-like stage style, fully demonstrating the passion and responsibility of soldiers. Accordingly, they won the Best Singing Award.
In the sixth place, the students of Class 805 wore red uniforms and held prominent signs reading 'Peace and Stability of the Country' and 'Prosperity and Strength of the Country', making their appearance, which vividly depicted their sincere wishes for the motherland and had a strong visual impact.
In the seventh place, the students of Class 801 wore uniform wine-colored costumes and held red and yellow flower-shaped props. Evidently, the color combination complemented the theme of the song 'I Love China', instantly creating a passionate patriotic atmosphere.
In the eighth place, Class 802 performed 'Heaven and Earth Dragon Scale' in an innovative formation, showcasing the heroic spirit of the descendants of the dragon. More remarkably, the body movements were smooth and natural, perfectly integrating with the poetic essence of the song. Meanwhile, the tempo control during the singing was precise. Thus, they were awarded the Best Organization Award.
In the ninth place, the students of Class 807 wore red and white performance costumes and sang the revolutionary classics with powerful voices, while the red melody echoed throughout the venue. Also, the leading student was calm and steady, the chorus team cooperating seamlessly. More noticeably, every movement and every vocal phrase was filled with respect for the revolutionary predecessors.
In the tenth place, the glowing badges on the chests of the students from Class 804 shone brightly against the red background screen, like twinkling stars, perfectly complementing the poetic meaning of the lyrics 'May your desired smile appear'.
Last but not the least, the students of Class 806 held red folding fans printed with the Five-Star Red Flag. When they unfolded them neatly, they resembled a surging red tide, perfectly echoing the theme of the 'Wan Jiang' song. Therefore, this instantly pushed the atmosphere of the scene to a climax.
